Lightspeed is seeking an outbound Sales Development Representative to join our Irish sales team, based in Dublin or Cork. You will prospect and generate leads, acting as the first point of contact to Lightspeed’s brand and driving qualified meetings for Account Executives.

You’ll build industry knowledge, qualify opportunities, and maintain Salesforce records as you contribute to Lightspeed’s growth in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or call centre environment.
• Strong lead qualification and outbound prospecting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage businesses within ICP using cold calling and email.
• Generate qualified sales meetings for Account Executives.
• Build knowledge of the Irish hospitality industry to inform outreach.
• Identify high-potential prospects using market insights.
• Qualify leads using BANT framework for high-quality opportunities.
• Book meetings and product demos for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records of interactions and pipeline.
