Job summary

Ajax Systems in Ireland is seeking an experienced B2B security sales professional to lead growth in the Irish market. You will engage with integrators, distributors and end users to promote intrusion, CCTV and access control solutions, and guide complex deals from prospecting to close.

Travel up to 70–80% is required; you will present technical solutions, build partner networks, and contribute to market strategies.

Qualifications

B2B sales experience in security or related systems.
Knowledge of intrusion, CCTV, access control products is preferred.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel up to 70–80% of the time.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets in the area.
Proactively seek out new business opportunities and coordinate meetings with potential partners.
Strategize, plan, and deliver compelling presentations to engage partners and stakeholders.
Foster strong relationships with dealers and alarm receiving centers, ensuring clear communication of product features and updates.
Advise on inclusion of Ajax Systems products in system specifications and purchasing decisions.
Collaborate with distribution partners to meet evolving customer needs.
Contribute to market strategies and growth initiatives.
