Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Sales Manager for Ireland to lead revenue management and OTA configuration for PBSA and Build-to-Rent assets. You will own pricing decisions, manage RMS, and drive B2B, group, and B2C sales strategies while coordinating with performance marketing to optimize the lead-to-lease journey.

The role requires hands-on experience in pricing and channel management, strong negotiation and leadership skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Hands-on revenue management and pricing experience.
• Experience configuring and optimizing OTA/channel manager setups.
• Proven ability in B2B or group sales and contract negotiation.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with budgeting experience.
• Fluent English in written and spoken form.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue management and pricing for Ireland across PBSA and Build to Rent.
• Set AY, extension and summer rates using demand data and market insights.
• Own RMS approach, daily pricing decisions and reporting on occupancy and revenue.
• Configure and maintain OTA/channel manager setups (Mews, listings, rate plans).
• Drive OTA performance, visibility, conversions, and rate parity across channels.
• Manage room allocation by channel to avoid overbookings; oversee third-party relationships.
• Lead Academic Year nomination sales and relationships with education providers/universities.
• Oversee B2C sales with KPI setting for leads, tours and bookings; lead lead-to-lease journey.
• Forecast resourcing for seasonal peaks; manage sales budget and collaborate with Finance.
