Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks a Sales Manager for Ireland to lead revenue management, OTA configuration, and B2B/group sales for PBSA and Build to Rent assets from Dublin. You will drive lead-to-lease, manage pricing strategy, and coordinate with performance marketing to optimize occupancy.

You will line-manage the in-country Canvas B2C sales role, monitor KPIs for leads, tours and bookings, and partner with operations to ensure smooth leasing cycles and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on revenue management and pricing using data to set and adjust rates.
• Experience configuring and optimizing OTA and channel manager set‑up in hospitality or student accommodation.
• Experience in B2B or group sales, including negotiating and contracting.
• Strong numerate and communication skills including the ability to prepare and sell business proposals.
• Experience leading people and managing a budget within the property sector or similar.

Responsibilities

• Set and adjust academic year, extension and summer rates using demand and market data.
• Own the RMS approach and daily pricing decisions with controls.
• Deliver weekly occupancy, rate and revenue reports vs budget.
• Configure and maintain OTA/channel setup in Mews with listings and rate plans.
• Optimize OTA performance across Hostelworld, Expedia, Airbnb.
• Own room allocation by channel/site to avoid overbookings.
• Manage relationships with third party agents and demand channels.
• Lead Academic Year nomination sales and account management with education providers.
