Greystar Ireland is seeking a Community Manager to lead an autonomous unit responsible for operations, staff, and resident services across our Dublin portfolio. You will drive occupancy and revenue by collaborating with marketing, manage budgets and P&L, and ensure safety and compliance, with the role offering a base salary from €65,000 and potential on-site bonuses.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management, leasing performance, operations and delivering service excellence.
• Strong knowledge of Landlord/Tenant legislation.
• Excellent organisational, numerical, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and people-management abilities; able to lead teams independently.
• Adaptable, resilient, culturally aware with change-management experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a role model by embodying core values and guiding the team.
• Leads the team to deliver positive resident experiences and exceed expectations.
• Collaborates with marketing to shape local leasing strategies and drive occupancy and revenue.
• Oversees marketing campaigns, advertising and promotions to support property goals.
• Manages budgets, P&L reviews, and financial reporting with stakeholders.
• Ensures safety, compliance, and high standards of maintenance and property upkeep.
