Job summary

SEI Investments in Dublin is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Investor Services Private Equity team. You will help run operations, ensure smooth investor account openings, accurate payments, and timely investor communications while building strong client relationships.

The role requires a minimum of five years in transfer agency, with Private Equity experience, knowledge of Investran, and AML compliance. Strong leadership and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in transfer agency, 3+ in Private Equity.
• Experience with Private Equity accounting systems (Investran) recommended.
• Knowledge of Private Equity structures and fund domiciles/regulatory requirements.
• Understanding of capital calls, sub-closures, distributions, waterfall.
• Experience reviewing Limited Partnership Agreements and OM documents.
• AML regulations understanding.

Responsibilities

• Support the Investor Services Private Equity team and manage investor accounts.
• Ensure timely investor information and accurate payments to investors.
• Review Limited Partnership Agreements and OM documents for launch of funds.
• Develop relationships with clients, investors, lawyers, auditors and bankers.
• Supervise and coach staff; run team meetings and performance reviews.
• Partner with Private Equity Fund Accounting and ensure deliverables meet deadlines.
