SEI Investments in Dublin seeks a Manager, Financial Reporting to lead a funds-focused reporting team, oversee annual financial statements, regulatory filings, and audits across jurisdictions.

You will mentor staff, ensure accuracy and timeliness, coordinate with auditors and clients, and uphold SEI's client service standards while driving process improvements and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
• 7+ years funds experience within a financial reporting team or fund audits.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, FRS 102 and Luxembourg GAAP.
• Proficient with accounting systems and regulatory filings.

Responsibilities

• Lead a financial reporting team responsible for fund financial statements.
• Coordinate annual audits and regulatory filings across jurisdictions.
• Ensure timely, accurate reporting and high client service standards.
• Train and develop team members to maintain high performance.
