Job summary

SEI Investments Company is seeking a senior Investor Services lead in Ireland to manage a team and ensure efficient, compliant transfer agency operations for complex funds including alternatives structures. You will coordinate with AML, fund accounting, and relationship teams to deliver high-quality investor services.

The role requires extensive experience in transfer agency, knowledge of alternatives platforms such as Investran/NTAS, and a proven ability to coach staff and drive process

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in a transfer agency role.
• Experience with Alternatives structures and platforms Investran and/or NTAS.
• Strong AML regulatory knowledge.
• Experience coaching/mentoring team members and leading/organising teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the Investor Services team within Investor Services Client Operations.
• Ensure smooth investor account opening processes and timely information requests.
• Maintain high quality of work; ensure accurate investor reporting and correspondence.
• Oversee payments to investors and ensure accuracy.
• Review LPAs and OMs for pre-launch fund issues; support strategic decisions.
• Develop workflows and leverage technology to improve operating models.
• Build relationships with client contacts, investors, lawyers, auditors and banking personnel.
• Train, coach and mentor staff; lead team meetings; collaborate with AML Ops, Fund Accounting, Relationship Management.
