Job summary

J.P. Morgan is hiring a Customer Success Associate in Investor Relations within the Transfer Agency Team in Ireland.

You will support the delivery of IR services to clients across Alternative Fund Services, contributing to client service excellence and controlled execution of operational activities under guidance from senior team members. The role includes fund setup support, document reviews, cross-functional collaboration, and MIS/KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise.
• Strong MS Office capability (Word, Excel, Access, Visio, Outlook or similar).
• Comfortable using technology and learning new tools.
• Knowledge of hedge fund and private equity fund structures and workflows.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs; macros exposure).
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple demands.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work across a global matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Support fund setup activities including report design and configuration.
• Assist with completeness/quality reviews for fund documentation.
• Partner with IR and AFS teams to ensure end-to-end processes meet risk policies.
• Support client demonstrations and sales materials for Transfer Agency systems.
• Contribute to systems implementations and data migration activities.
• Assist with process/documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify risk areas and track remediation actions.
• Contribute to MIS/KPI production and department reporting.
• Participate in audit support activities as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
