Job summary

J.P. Morgan in Ireland seeks a Client Service Manager – VP to oversee a portfolio of asset manager clients across Global Custody, Depository, Fund Administration, Transfer Agency and ALTS products.

You will own client satisfaction, lead meetings, and drive improvements while collaborating with Global Banking teams to deliver world-class service. Strong product knowledge and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in financial services servicing institutional clients.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Global Custody, Traditional, Hedge, Private Fund Services and ALTS.
• Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills.
• Effective problem-solving and sound judgment for client decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary escalation contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee client portfolios and ensure exceptional service and proactive expectation management.
• Lead client meetings and communicate product and system enhancements.
• Establish governance processes and monitor service levels with KPIs and RAG ratings.
• Drive reduction of billing errors and ensure accurate, timely fee billing.
• Oversee global initiatives and remediation projects to meet service standards.
• Mentor and develop junior team members and foster teamwork.
• Resolve complex client issues through cross-functional collaboration.
• Advocate for clients and drive change keeping their needs central to decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce risk, influencing client behaviour.
• Represent the client voice for enhancements across stakeholders.
