Job summary

The role focuses on onboarding/offboarding, fund events, and collaboration across teams to improve processes and client satisfaction within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be primary point of contact for a JPM Client or multiple key Clients within Fund Accounting.
• Build and maintain a stable relationship with the Client to support key interactions and escalation.
• Represent Fund Accounting in client and internal interactions.
• Handle client onboarding, offboarding and fund events plus issue management and remediation.
• Implement client and regulatory changes to operating model; act as escalation point for issues.
• Work across the organization to drive process improvements and firm-wide initiatives.
• Maintain close partnership with internal stakeholders.
