Job summary

LGT Fund Managers (Ireland) Limited in Dublin is seeking a Transfer Agency Associate to join the Shareholder Services team. The role supports onboarding, documentation, and regulatory checks, delivering high‑quality investor service throughout the lifecycle.

The successful candidate will gain exposure to FATCA/CRS due diligence, onboarding setups, and ongoing investor record maintenance in a fast-paced private equity fund administration environment.

Qualifications

• NOTE: applicants must be eligible to work in Ireland. If on work permit, this must be valid for the duration of the contract term.
• Undergraduate degree required (minimum 2.2 Honours or equivalent).
• Previous experience in Transfer Agency or Investor Services within the funds industry.
• Relevant professional qualifications or further education in a related discipline would be advantageous.
• Self-motivated individual with a proactive and innovative approach to work.
• Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes is desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify, investigate, and resolve issues, including more complex matters, with appropriate guidance and escalation where required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for investors, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Support the onboarding of new investors, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Review FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) and CRS (Common Reporting Standard) documentation and perform related due diligence checks.
• Conduct quality control reviews to ensure investor records are accurate and complete.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory obligations on a daily basis.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with investors, General Partners, and internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactively identify, manage, and resolve client service issues, ensuring timely communication and a high standard of service delivery.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and business partners across multiple international offices.
• Support the achievement of team objectives and key performance indicators by ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Contribute to process improvements and initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and client experience.
