• Strong understanding of controls, audit requirements and regulatory obligations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple operational teams to meet priorities and deliverables.
• Drive customer and employee satisfaction and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Identify training needs and coordinate development activities for team members.
• Manage HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Escalate and resolve operational issues involving IT, product, and CRM systems.
• Contribute to strategy, service delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives.
