Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Client Service Manager - Senior Associate in Dublin to lead high-quality delivery across mutual fund products.

You will drive client issue resolution, communicate status updates, provide KPIs to senior management, and coordinate cross-functional partners to ensure exceptional service and client focus. Responsibilities

Be a primary point of contact for JPM Client(s) within Fund Accounting.
Build and maintain a stable relationship with the Client to support interactions and escalation.
Represent Fund Accounting in client and internal interactions.
Oversee client onboarding, off-boarding and fund events, plus issue management and daily BAU queries.
Implement client and regulatory changes to operating model; serve as escalation point for issues and progress updates.
Collaborate across the organization to drive process improvements and firm-wide initiatives.
Maintain close partnership with internal stakeholders.
