Job summary

JP Morgan is seeking a Client Services Administrator for an initial six‑month on-site role in Clonakilty. You will manage client accounts, administer data and documentation, and provide a high standard of service to both internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires strong data entry, Excel and Word skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Financial services experience is advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in data entry, administration or client support.
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy and organizational skills.
• Confident in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring accurate administration while delivering high-quality client service.
• Act as main point of contact for clients, handle enquiries, resolve issues, and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Process administrative activities, including data management, reconciliations, reporting and maintaining records.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, support system enhancements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business projects and ensure services meet agreed standards.
• Support the wider team by maintaining compliance, meeting deadlines and contributing to a collaborative, client-focused environment.
