Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Ireland seeks a Customer Success Associate in Investor Relations to support Transfer Agency services for hedge funds and private equity funds. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise.
• Strong Microsoft Office capability (Word, Excel, Access, Visio, Outlook or similar).
• Comfortable using technology with a willingness to learn new programs and tools.
• Working knowledge of hedge fund and private equity fund structures, products, asset classes, and operational workflows.
• Analytical approach to gathering information & strong data analysis capability, including Excel skills (VLOOKUPs; macros exposure).
• Ability to prioritise, manage time effectively, and work efficiently across competing demands.
• Strong team orientation, collaborating constructively and contributing reliably to shared outcomes.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; confidence interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
• Execution focus, including tracking progress and coordinating with other groups to deliver outcomes.
• Strong organisational savviness and ability to operate effectively across a matrixed, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Support fund setup activities and assist with report design/configuration.
• Assist with completeness/quality reviews for new fund documentation and fund activity/changes.
• Partner with IR and cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end processes align with risk policies.
• Support client demonstrations and help prepare materials for sales presentations relating to Transfer Agency systems.
• Contribute to systems implementations and data migration activities as part of project teams.
• Assist with process and procedure documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support identification of risk areas and track remediation actions.
• Contribute to MIS/KPI production and ongoing reporting for the department.
• Participate in audit support activities (internal and external).
• Perform other duties as assigned by team management.
