Job summary

You will build partnerships across the organization, ensure smooth onboarding and onboarding/offboarding, and drive improvements to operating models while maintaining strong client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be primary contact for JPM Client or multiple key Clients within Fund Accounting.
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage escalation.
• Represent Fund Accounting in client and internal interactions.
• Handle client onboarding/offboarding, fund events, and BAU queries.
• Implement client/regulatory changes and drive process improvements.
• Partner with internal teams to support firm-wide initiatives.
