Job summary

BEX GROUP is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our ROBUS Internal Sales team in Dublin. You will handle customer enquiries, process orders, and support the sales process across multiple channels to ensure a seamless service.

Ideal candidates will have strong English, at least 2 years in customer service, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Business fluency in written and oral English.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Customer Service.
• Strong initiative and ability to work in a structured team.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Willingness to participate in product training.
• Team-oriented and able to contribute positively within a small team.
• Bonus and long service payments may be offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide World Class Customer Service ensuring we are easy to deal with.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat systems.
• Provide knowledgeable answers about product, pricing, and availability.
• Manage the sales mailbox and route orders/queries by region.
• Work with internal departments to anticipate and exceed customers’ expectations.
• Processing Sales Orders and mailbox management across platforms.
• Maintain above target levels on KPIs.
• Liaising with and working alongside the ASMs to deliver best-in-class service.
• Participate in regular product training sessions and complete assessments.
