Job summary

Collins McNicholas Recruitment & HR Services Group is seeking a Customer Account Specialist to join a busy healthcare-focused support team on a 6-month contract. The role involves handling customer queries, processing orders, resolving complaints, and collaborating with operations, logistics, finance, and sales to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The position is based onsite in Citywest with hours 8.30 - 17.00, Monday to Friday, offering exposure to multi-functional teams and process

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, internal sales, or contact centre environments.
• Strong IT skills with experience using ERP or CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer focus with attention to accuracy and detail.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and online portals.
• Process orders accurately and on time, ensuring delivery deadlines are met.
• Track orders and follow up on any delays or issues.
• Record, escalation, and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Support internal teams by handling administrative and service tasks.
• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Contribute to process improvement and take on additional specialist tasks as experience grows.
