Job summary

FRS Recruitment is seeking an Internal Sales Support Executive to join a leading engineering and industrial solutions business in Dublin. This customer-focused role involves handling enquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and supporting the sales team.

You will liaise with Area Sales Managers to ensure orders are fulfilled and customer needs are met. Strong communication and CRM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales, customer service or sales support.
• Proven ability to process orders accurately and manage inquiries.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using a CRM system or sales software.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Prepare and issue customer quotations.
• Process customer orders accurately and check stock.
• Coordinate deliveries and follow up on orders.
• Maintain customer information in the CRM system.
• Support the wider sales team with day-to-day needs.
• Identify trends and opportunities from customer interactions.
