Eden Recruitment Limited represents a client in Dublin 22 seeking an Internal Sales Administrator to join their team. The role focuses on customer service, sales support and business development for trade account customers in construction, engineering, manufacturing, utilities and maintenance sectors.

You will handle orders, quotations, enquiries, outbound calls and product advice, build relationships with existing accounts, promote offers and campaigns, and contribute to a professional counter

Formación

• Experience in customer service or trade counter environments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Experience with engineering supplies, industrial distribution, or maintenance products is a plus.

• Process customer orders, quotations and sales enquiries.
• Answer incoming sales calls and provide product advice.

• Promote special offers, new product ranges and supplier campaigns.

• Ensure collection orders are prepared and available for customers.
• Maintain a clean, organised trade counter environment.
• Keep key trade counter stock lines replenished and properly displayed.

On behalf of our client in Dublin 22, we are hiring a Internal Sales Administrator to join their team.

The successful candidate will work primarily with trade account customers from construction, engineering, manufacturing, utilities and facilities maintenance sectors. The role combines customer service, sales support and business development, with excellent opportunities for progression into Internal or External Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle trade counter enquiries and sales opportunities.
• Process customer orders, quotations and sales enquiries.
• Answer incoming sales calls and provide product advice.
• Build relationships with existing account customers.
• Promote special offers, new product ranges and supplier campaigns.
• Carry out outbound sales calls to existing and dormant customers.

Experience & Skills

• Previous experience in customer service, trade counter, merchant, wholesaler or internal sales environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience within Engineering supplies, industrial distribution, engineering supplies, tools, welding products, fasteners or maintenance consumables.
• Experience dealing with trade account customers.
