Job summary

Gallagher, GMIB in Killarney, Ireland, is seeking a Renewals Sales Executive who will review, renew and enhance clients' insurance cover, building lasting relationships and delivering trusted advice.

You’ll work with existing customers to understand their needs, discuss renewal options and identify cross-sell opportunities while collaborating with colleagues to ensure an exceptional customer experience and meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• APA qualified or willing to complete Insurance Institute qualifications with GMIB support
• Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification, or relevant third-level qualification
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset and delivering excellent service
• Confident, professional and comfortable working toward sales goals
• Organised, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems

Responsibilities

• Speak with existing customers to understand their needs and discuss renewal options
