Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Renewal Confirmation Executive to join our team in Killarney, County Kerry. You will help deliver fair outcomes for customers through accurate renewal processing and strong insurer relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 280 Leaving Certificate points, including passes in English and Maths, or a Level 7 degree (or equivalent qualification).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence speaking with customers over the phone.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• A proactive approach and a willingness to learn.
• Sales, negotiation or customer service experience, although this isn't essential.

Responsibilities

• Process personal lines renewal policies accurately and efficiently.
• Allocate payments to the correct insurers and set up finance agreements.
• Apply discounts where appropriate and issue renewal documentation to clients.

How you'll make an impact

About you

We're looking for someone who is organised, motivated and keen to build a successful career within insurance. You'll ideally have:

• A minimum of 280 Leaving Certificate points, including passes in English and Maths, or a Level 7 degree (or equivalent qualification).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence speaking with customers over the phone.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• A proactive approach and a willingness to learn.
• Sales, negotiation or customer service experience, although this isn't essential.
