Qualifications

• Leaving certificate or equivalent in English and Math’s.
• Excellent customer service experience (min 1 year).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly motivated and proactive.
• Desirable: experience in telephone sales or customer service and insurance knowledge.
• Interest in pursuing APA insurance qualification.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound renewal calls to existing customers for motor and/or home insurance.
• Assist customers with mid-term adjustments and payments.
• Provide fast, courteous service via telephone and online web chat.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and clear communication.
