Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 honours in Higher Level Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
• Or a Third Level Qualification (minimum level 6).
• Experience in customer service or insurance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver telephone-based support to members on general insurance underwriting.
• Respond to member requests and resolve disputes efficiently.
• Provide exceptional levels of customer service.
• Build relationships with existing and prospective members to identify needs and suggest insurance products.
