ellio cx in Ireland is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a hybrid role based in Little Island. You will handle customer queries by phone, maintain a positive image, and contribute to a reliable service experience.

The role involves answering up to 60 calls per day, delivering a friendly, professional service and building strong relationships with customers. The position offers €29,432 per annum with 22 days of annual leave and additional benefits, including eyewear vouchers and a pension

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer queries via telephone, up to 60 calls per day.
• Answer all queries in a positive manner, ensuring a great first impression.
• Ensure day-to-day service delivery targets are met with timely, professional responses.
• Build sustainable relationships of trust with customers, team members and clients.
• Use multiple systems to navigate each customer account and accurately record interactions.
