Job summary

The g Hotel & Spa is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in running a busy kitchen in a hotel setting. You will lead the team, uphold high culinary standards, and help deliver memorable guest experiences with a collaborative approach across departments.

You will mentor staff, promote a positive kitchen culture, and ensure food safety and quality are consistently maintained in line with hotel and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef or senior kitchen role.
• Proven ability to lead a busy kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Build working relationships with the Chefs and the team around you.
• Inspire and motivate the team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Collaborate with Head Chef to ensure high service standards.
