Job summary

The G Hotel & Spa in Galway is seeking a proactive Sous Chef to support the Kitchen department and supervise day-to-day operations. As an ambassador for our values, you will lead with respect and collaboration to deliver memorable guest experiences across the Limited Edition portfolio.

You’ll work closely with the Head Chef to inspire and motivate the kitchen team, sharing knowledge and showcasing your culinary skills to drive service excellence and staff development.

• Be an inspirational leader within the kitchen and develop those around you
• Work with the Head Chef to inspire and motivate the team and provide memorable service to guests
