Job summary

Worldpay Payments (Ireland) Limited is seeking a Dublin-based Inside Sales Representative to join our Irish Sales team. You will work closely with the Partnerships team to support a key banking relationship and shape the future of global commerce.

Responsibilities include engaging with prospective customers, qualifying leads, and progressing opportunities, while maintaining accurate CRM records and collaborating with Sales, Partnerships and Operations to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• : Experience in sales, telesales, customer service or target-driven role.
• : Strong communication, phone and email, client-focused.
• : Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes.
• : Bonus if background in payments or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers to understand needs and identify payment solutions.
• Manage outbound sales, qualify leads, and progress opportunities through the pipeline.
• Support Banking partnership by managing referred leads and follow-ups for partner customers.
• Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders for a smooth sales experience.
• Maintain records of interactions, sales activity and next steps in CRM.
• Collaborate across Sales, Partnerships and Operations to support revenue growth.
