Sigmar Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a national, non-profit collective management organisation in the arts and entertainment sector. They have a new sales team and are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow it from their Dublin office.

The role is office-based in Dublin five days a week, with future progression to manage both inside and field teams. You will oversee client relationships, drive KPIs, optimise revenue, recruit and train staff, and travel as required.

Formación

• 2–5 years’ experience leading outbound sales teams.
• 2+ years’ experience in client services or account management.
• Proven experience coaching and developing teams.
• Full driving licence is a must.

Working for a national, non-profit collective management organization which is owned and operated by its members within the arts and entertainment industry.

Due to growth, they have a new sales team in place and are looking to recruit a Sales Manager for this team.

This role is office based in Dublin 5 days per week. After a while this role will become two fold and you will spend half the time in the office managing the inside sales team and half the time on the road managing the field sales team so great progression here and opportunities to grow your teams.

What Skills You Need for Telesales Manager job

• 2–5 years’ experience leading successful outbound sales teams along with sales experience yourself
• 2+ years’ experience in client services or account management.
• Proven experience coaching and developing teams.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to motivate others, influence decision-makers and work independently.
• Willingness to travel and work in the field when required.
• A strong commitment to sales, service and continuous improvement.
• Full driving licence is a must
