Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a US-based global media and marketing company for a Sales Manager responsible for outbound and field sales teams in Ireland. The role is office-based with road duties and involves working with senior client stakeholders at a strategic level.

We require 2–5 years of experience leading outbound teams, plus 2+ years in client services or account management, and strong MS Office skills. A full driving licence is essential.

Job description

Working for a US-based global media and marketing company who have been in Ireland for 40 years.

Due to growth, they have a new sales team in place and are looking to recruit a Sales Manager for this team along with one or two other teams.

This role will be office based and road based as you will be managing office based outbound sales teams and field sales teams out on the road.

You will be working directly with senior client stakeholders and managing those relationships at a strategic level so experience in this is a must.

• Proven experience coaching and developing teams.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
• A strong commitment to sales, service and continuous improvement.
• Full driving licence is a must
