Job summary

You will collaborate with outside sales to meet targets and develop opportunities from marketing and national accounts. Key duties include processing orders, generating quotes, tracking shipments, and maintaining backorder/expedite reports.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Interact with existing customers by phone and email to increase sales.
• Upsell products, confirm orders, and explain stock-outs and delivery dates.
• Prepare quotes and follow up to secure orders or determine loss reasons.
• Monitor order reports and notify customers of status and delivery dates.
• Collaborate with outside sales to meet goals and report trends to management.
