ADI Global Distribution in Dublin is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join our team. This full-time role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while supporting warehouse operations, with outbound sales calls and proactive quote follow-up.

You will engage with customers, manage tenders and promotions, and assist at the trade counter. The position offers a clear path for long-term career growth within a global brand.

Qualifications

• Prior sales/customer service experience in wholesale or retail preferred.
• Flexibility to undertake all store duties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent customer experience, maintaining strong relationships with customer base & supply partners.
• Work effectively with key strategic vendors and customers to promote growth and partnerships.
• Support achieving and delivering Store KPIs to identify new ways to innovate and drive growth.
• Receive weekly stock deliveries to correctly store goods in the warehouse.
• Handle customer returns and process credits following the returns procedure.
• Respond to inbound calls and upsell using sales tools within the business.
• Make outbound calls to seek new opportunities and promote promotions for higher returns.
• Serve on the Trade Counter to assist customers and handle pick/pack processes.
• Manage and respond to customer queries on tenders/quotations and technical questions.
