Global Law Firm in Dublin 2 seeks an IT Trainer & Application Specialist for a 12-month contract. You will deliver onboarding, run workshops, and train teams on Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams, while creating online content and supporting SharePoint initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in IT training or related roles, strong Microsoft Office and Teams knowledge, and excellent communication and organisational skills. Hybrid working available.

Qualifications

• At least two years’ relevant experience in IT training, application support, user adoption, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Teams.
• Experience with SharePoint, document management systems, and billing applications.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive approach with a genuine interest in technology and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
