Our client, a leading Ireland commercial law firm, seeks an IT Trainer to join the Digital Services Group on a maternity leave contract. The role focuses on delivering technology training, supporting user adoption and helping colleagues maximise core applications.

Strong Microsoft application knowledge and excellent communication are essential. You will design engaging training programmes, deliver monthly workshops, tailor sessions to departments, and translate complex concepts into practical

Qualifications

• At least one year's IT training experience in professional services.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications and SharePoint content management.
• Experience with document management systems and business-critical apps.
• Training qualifications such as CTT+ or MCT are desirable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Proactive, independent worker with team collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Deliver IT induction and onboarding training for new employees.
• Organise and facilitate monthly technology workshops.
• Provide tailored sessions to departments addressing specific needs.
• Deliver training across core IT platforms with clear guidance.
• Support digital initiatives and user adoption programs.
• Create and maintain training materials and resources.
• Collaborate with Digital Services and other teams to identify needs.
• Manage training schedules and administrative tasks.
