Job summary

Trustap, an Irish fintech, is seeking a Junior Account Executive in Dublin to manage inbound sales inquiries, assess fit, and guide opportunities from enquiry to signed agreement. You will work with our VP of Sales to sharpen discovery, deliver product demonstrations, and build compelling proposals.

You’ll learn negotiation, pricing considerations, and how to move customers from inquiry to go-live, gaining hands-on experience in a rapidly growing fintech.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales roles with targets and winning customers.
• Motivation to build a career in tech sales and own customer conversations.
• Curiosity about how businesses operate and ability to ask questions that go beyond surface interest.
• Strong written and verbal communication with founders and senior decision-makers.
• Strong organisation and follow-through; can handle multiple enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming sales enquiries, qualify fit, and assess readiness to buy.
• Conduct discovery calls with business owners and decision-makers to understand payment setup and buying process; define next steps.
• Deliver product demonstrations showing how Trustap adds value for the customer.
• Build proposals using customer data to explain commercial value of moving to Trustap.
• Prioritise inbound pipeline, follow up, and move opportunities through objections, negotiation and close.
• Maintain a CRM and forecast with clear next steps and pipeline visibility.
• Collaborate with product and onboarding teams to move from agreement to go-live.
