Job summary

360 Search in Ireland is seeking a senior sales professional to lead new business development across the Dublin region, reporting to the head of sales. The role focuses on winning new commercial insurance business with a balance of 80% new business and 20% relationship management.

You will travel across the Dublin offices, build a strong pipeline through networking and events, and have the opportunity to progress into regional leadership as the function expands, with a tiered bonus and hybrid

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in commercial insurance broking, including new business and account management.
• Strong appetite for sales and business development; comfortable meeting clients regularly.
• Self-motivated, autonomous with ability to manage a large pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Generating and winning new commercial insurance business across the Dublin region.
• Building and developing a strong personal pipeline through networking, events, referrals and self-generated activity.
• Converting leads produced by the client’s in-house telemarketing function and wider brand activity.
• Managing a small number of strategic client relationships, acting as an escalation point where required.
• Working across all Dublin offices and supporting regional growth.
• Bringing fresh ideas on target sectors and approaches to market.
• Contributing to the development of the regional sales structure, with scope to progress into a regional leadership role
