What You Will Do:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Lead Archer’s internal recruitment process by sourcing, screening, prepping, and presenting top-tier candidates to hiring managers to drive business growth.
• Relationship & Candidate Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with candidates, supporting them through every step of the interview and offer process.
• Performance & Career Development: Consistently meet and exceed target KPIs while taking advantage of ongoing training, structured progression, and a lucrative bonus scheme.
