Job summary

Lex Consultancy is currently assisting a well-established charity in Dublin with a temporary Donor Care Executive role. You will handle donor queries, process donations, and maintain accurate CRM records while supporting fundraising campaigns and donor communications.

The position focuses on strong customer service, data integrity, and teamwork within a friendly fundraising unit. Immediate start preferred for a temporary assignment through January.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, donor care, fundraising or administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent donor care by responding to queries professionally and efficiently.
• Process donations and maintain accurate donor records.
• Update and maintain CRM databases, ensuring a high level of accuracy.
• Issue donor acknowledgements and support regular donor communications.
• Assist with fundraising campaigns and donor engagement activities.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive donor experience.
• Provide general administrative support to the fundraising team as required.
