Job summary

Lex Consultancy Recruitment in Dublin is recruiting a Fundraising Executive on a temporary basis, with potential to become permanent. The role supports busy fundraising campaigns and activities, and requires someone who is proactive, organised and confident working autonomously.

Key duties include donor follow-ups, preparing fundraising packs, updating databases, data entry and segmentation, supporting events, and assisting with digital fundraising and social media.

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising administration is highly desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Confident working independently and managing competing priorities.
• Strong stakeholder and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM/database systems such as Raiser's Edge, Salesforce or HubSpot would be an advantage.

Location: Dublin 1

Contract: Temporary, with potential to become permanent

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm

Hybrid: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote

Start: You must be available to start within one week’s notice
