Job summary

HireHive in Dublin is seeking a Donor Care Executive to join the fundraising team. You will engage public supporters who give cash donations and regular gifts, ensuring excellent donor experience and encouraging retention.

Responsibilities include donor communications, data entry in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, producing donor letters, and coordinating engagement events; you will also assist with administration and data protection compliance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in written and spoken English with an excellent phone manner.
• Donor-centric/customer-oriented approach to work.
• Experience using databases/CRM systems; Microsoft Dynamics advantageous.
• Strong administrative experience with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Donor Care team to design and implement best practice donor acknowledgement, banking and second gift systems across all donor touch points.
• Be the first point of contact for donors, maintaining relationships to improve retention.
• Identify trends in donor communications and plan approaches to automate or streamline responses.
• Coordinate the production of donor letters, packs and communications, and assist with telemarketing activities to thank donors and develop relationships.
• Support delivery of an annual calendar of donor engagement events.
• Undertake donor care administration and financial processes to achieve KPIs for turnaround in donor acknowledgement and financial compliance.
• Assist with inbound communications and donations, ensuring accurate recording and systems entry.
• Spot opportunities, problem solve, and flag issues for correction to the team.
• Reconcile key donation activity in the CRM with Finance.
• Ensure accurate data input to the CRM and data cleansing checks.
• Follow data protection legislation and best practices.
