Job summary

Rethink Ireland is seeking a Programme Analyst to support donor-funded initiatives based in Dublin. You will collate data, prepare reports, and contribute to programme planning and donor communications.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across teams to ensure timely fundraising and reporting. You will build capacity for awardees, manage documentation, and help strengthen performance and impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years' analytical experience.
  • Proficient in English, written and spoken.
  • Experience in report writing.
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and cloud tools.
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Team player with collaborative mindset.
  • Commitment to Rethink Ireland’s mission and values.

Responsibilities

  • Support coordination meetings and delivery of fund milestones.
  • Assist fund team to strengthen performance and impact of awardees.
  • Collect and analyze data for reports and donor updates.
  • Support programme planning, tracking budgets, and managing documentation.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth fund operations.
  • Develop and deliver capacity-building programs for awardees.
  • Manage investment relationships and performance management for relevant awardees.
  • Complete donor reporting on time and support fund close-out.
