Job summary

Bidvest Noonan (ROI) Limited in Ireland is seeking a Data Center Operations Cluster Supervisor to lead asset protection, compliance monitoring, and incident response across a hyperscale data centre campus in Dublin. This is a critical on-site leadership role within a highly regulated environment.

You will supervise control room operations, maintain client infrastructure standards, coordinate incident management, and report KPI updates to senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a Data Centre, NOC, SOC, or high-security tech environment.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise access control, CCTV matrices, incident platforms, and emergency procedures.
• Ability to lead and develop operational teams in a fast-paced, mission-critical setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operational resilience workflows across multiple data center buildings.
• Oversee Dedicated Control Room Operators and Technical Operations Specialists.
• Ensure compliance with site procedures and data-related regulations, and manage incident response.
