Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of enterprise access control, CCTV matrices, incident platforms, and emergency procedures.

• Lead and supervise daily operational resilience workflows across multiple data center buildings.
• Oversee Dedicated Control Room Operators and Technical Operations Specialists.

Data Center Operations Cluster Supervisor Location: Blanchardstown, Dublin – On-site Salary: €17.91/hour + €20 Night Allowance + €3.44/hour Sunday Allowance (Estimated annual base earnings: €40,000+) Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time – 39 hours per week About the Role: Bidvest Noonan is seeking an experienced Data Center Operations Cluster Supervisor to lead technical asset protection, compliance monitoring, and incident response workflows across a hyperscale data centre campus in Dublin. This is a key operational leadership role within a mission-critical, high-availability, and highly regulated technical environment. The successful candidate will supervise control room operations, maintain strict client infrastructure standards, coordinate technology-driven incident management, and ensure operational excellence across multiple campus facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cluster Operations Management: Lead and supervise daily operational resilience workflows across multiple data center buildings.
• Control Room Oversight: Manage and support Dedicated Control Room Operators and Technical Operations Specialists to ensure continuous campus monitoring.
• Technical System Auditing: Direct the day-to-day administration and integrity of automated biometric access networks, campus CCTV telemetry, and localized alarm systems.
• Compliance Management: Ensure strict adherence to site procedures, client operational standards, international data compliance regulations, and restricted area controls.
• Incident Response Leadership: Lead technical incident triage, immediate threat containment, system vulnerability logging, and emergency protocol coordination.
• Data Analytics & Reporting: Monitor operational trends, identify technical risks, formulate riskreduction steps, and prepare incident logs and KPI updates for senior management.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a Data Centre, Network Operations Center (NOC), Security Operations Center (SOC), Control Room, or high-security tech environment.
• Strong operational knowledge of enterprise access control architectures, enterprise CCTV matrices, incident management platforms, and emergency response procedures.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop operational teams in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
• Excellent communication, technical report-writing, investigation, and analytical problem-solving skills.

Desirable Requirements:

• Direct experience working on‑site within a hyperscale data center or multi‑tenant cloud facility.
• Experience with corporate compliance tracking, physical infrastructure audits, and risk assessments.
• Recognized certifications in Incident Command Systems, First Aid Response, or Fire Safety.
• Experience analyzing data logs and technical operational metrics.
