Job summary

GEDON is partnering with a leading international engineering and construction contractor to appoint a Project Director for major hyperscale Data Centre developments in Ireland and mainland Europe.

You will lead a substantial multidisciplinary team and drive delivery from pre-construction through commissioning and handover, maintaining accountability for programme, safety, quality and cost. The position offers autonomy and direct exposure to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience delivering large-scale Data Centre projects.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams across CSA and MEP.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for delivery of major Data Centre projects.
• Lead Project Managers and senior project personnel.
• Coordinate CSA, MEP, Commercial, Planning, Design and Commissioning teams.
• Maintain accountability for programme, quality, safety and project performance.
• Drive risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with commercial leadership to ensure financial performance.
• Lead senior project and client meetings, reporting to company leadership.
• Ensure commissioning, handover and handover success.
