Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Data Centre Assistant Critical Facilities Manager to lead the Critical Environments team on site and ensure 24/7/365 reliability of essential equipment.

You will manage client relations, oversee incident response, drive KPI/SLA performance, and supervise CBRE staff and subcontractors while controlling budgets and maintenance planning for multiple Data Centre sites in Ireland. Strong leadership, budgeting, and CMMS proficiency are required to succeed in this

Qualifications

• Experience in critical facilities operations.
• Strong technical knowledge of Data Centre environments.
• Proven leadership experience with direct and indirect reports.
• Financial budgeting and cost control experience.
• Ability to manage 24/7 operations and incident response.
• Familiarity with CMMS and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, mentor and manage the Critical Environments team on the contract.
• Maintain professional client relationships to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Conduct Post-Incident and Root Cause analyses and share lessons with CBRE and client teams.
• Deliver performance that meets or exceeds KPI and SLA targets in the SOW.
• Be the main on-site contact during significant events or escalations 24/7.
• Develop and manage operational procedures and drills for Data Centre sites.
