Job summary

CBRE in Dublin Campus is seeking a Data Centre Technical Supervisor to drive operational excellence and technical standards across the campus. This hands-on role manages the on-site team responsible for maintenance, repairs, break-fix, projects, and compliance.

Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will mentor technicians, own RCA processes, implement procedures, and coordinate with FM, Security, and Planning to meet KPI and SLA targets while maintaining safe working conditions 24/7.

Qualifications

• Experience in data centre operations and facilities management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with CMMS and safety compliance.
