Job summary

Brightflag, part of Wolters Kluwer, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner in Dublin on a hybrid basis. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to close for Engineering and GTM roles, partnering with leaders to shape candidate experiences and accelerate growth.

You’ll join a high-performing People team and apply an AI-forward mindset to build credible pipelines, coach managers, and deliver quality hires in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally in-house.
• Experience hiring for technology and go-to-market roles.
• Track record of filling hard-to-hire positions without compromising quality.
• Experience in a tech company, ideally B2B SaaS.
• Strong direct sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, and building pipelines.
• Experience actively using AI tools and automation compliantly to improve efficiency.
• Clear and credible written and verbal communication, especially in outreach and data presentation.
• Organised, process-driven, and able to juggle multiple roles without missing details.
• Collaborative team player who shares knowledge and supports colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define success profiles and processes.
• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles from posting to closing.
• Source top talent via direct outreach, talent mapping, and pipeline-building.
• Conduct in-depth screening and assessments and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and ensure quality partnerships.
• Champion a superior candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Coach hiring managers on best practices and maintain stakeholder engagement.
• Track hiring progress and metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with People Ops to align role requirements and raise overall quality.
