Zalando Ireland Ltd. is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end recruitment across tech and non-tech domains. You will partner with stakeholders, build direct sourcing pipelines, and drive an exceptional candidate experience while supporting diverse business units.

You’ll engage senior leaders, manage multiple seniority levels, and contribute to Zalando’s employer brand through proactive sourcing and strategic collaboration.

Qualifications

• Seasoned recruiter with end-to-end hiring experience in tech and non-tech spaces.
• Proven ability to build talent pipelines and engage stakeholders effectively.
• Strong knowledge of the talent market and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across diverse areas, from briefing to closing.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies through direct channels, especially LinkedIn.
• Partner with senior leaders and HR to understand needs and deliver results.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across multiple families and levels.
• Champion a positive candidate experience aligned with employer branding.
