Zalando Ireland Ltd. is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end recruitment across tech and non-tech domains. You will partner with stakeholders, build direct sourcing pipelines, and drive an exceptional candidate experience while supporting diverse business units.

You’ll engage senior leaders, manage multiple seniority levels, and contribute to Zalando’s employer brand through proactive sourcing and strategic collaboration.

THE ROLE & THE TEAM

We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to join Zalando. In this role, you’ll take full end-to-end ownership of a diverse and high-impact portfolio covering some of our business areas, such as Zalando Marketing Services, Size & Fit and Partner-facing teams. As a key partner to the business, you’ll bring vast expertise in the tech and non-tech (commercial) talent market, a data-informed, hands-on approach to talent acquisition, combining active sourcing, strategic collaboration with employer branding, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

• End-to-end recruitment: take ownership of the entire recruitment journey in different areas (tech and non-tech), from initial strategy briefing with stakeholders and candidate interview screening through to complex offer negotiations and closing.
• Direct sourcing expertise: build innovative strategies to proactively identify, attract, and engage top talent using a variety of channels, with a strong emphasis on direct sourcing through LinkedIn. You'll craft compelling outreach messages and build robust talent pipelines.
• Stakeholder management: work closely with existing recruitment teams and senior leaders across various business units. Your low-ego, high-collaboration approach will be key to understanding needs and delivering results.
• Versatility: masterfully manage full-cycle recruitment processes for a diverse range of roles in all seniority levels (junior to head-level positions) across different job families (consultants, finance, HR, marketing, project management, category management, applied science, software engineering, data, product management, etc.).
• Champion candidate experience: ensure every candidate interaction is positive and reflective of Zalando's employer brand and identify opportunities to improve this even further.
